Raw dehydrated buckwheat breakfast crusts

These are very odd…. just a big flat thick cracker of seeds and a few goji berries. You can tell they put salt in it. They are… good. I like them. Very mild. They are pretty big, hefty. It’s not really enough for breakfast usually (for me), but close to enough. I think they are like 350-400 calories. It feels cool and kind of good to have most of your nutrition for a meal come from seeds.
